Insight Yoga and Meditation Teacher


A yoga practitioner for most of her life, Dianne left the corporate world to share the joys and discoveries of yoga with others.  Her mission is to assist others on their journey to a happy heart.

Dianne conducts Teacher Trainings, workshops and classes internationally. She is an Insight Yoga Institute Endorsed Teacher with Sarah and Ty Powers, is certified CYA-E-RYTGOLD (1000+ training hours, 1000+ teaching hours), and has also trained extensively with Paul and Suzee Grilley and Ahimsa Yoga.  

Her teaching style is enthusiastic, open and friendly. Her offerings include Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, and Pranayama.
